Little Champs Ages 5 to 7

Little Champs Program

Playful exercises and games are used to introduce your child to basic self-defense principles. This age group likes to have fun, and that is exactly what we do, we integrate the learning in a series of fun and stimulating games.


Junior Combatives Ages 9 to 14

Junior Combative Program

The journey starts on the 33 core techniques of Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Combatives program. 

Our self defense portion provides the kids with the skills to defend themselves in a safe, yet non violent manner.

 

A strong focus is divided into three very distinct yet important components including physical self defense, verbal boundaries and character development. Our self defense portion provides the kids with the skills to defend themselves in a safe yet non violent manner.  


The verbal Jiu-Jitsu portion provides the tools needed to establish boundaries quickly and with confidence.Knowing when to say "stop" or "Don't do that" can in most cases diffuse any further incidence.

Our character development portion focuses on our six chapters of Focus, Respect, Manners, Responsibility, Caring, Citizenship and Health.

Adult Combatives - Beginners Class

Adult Combative Program

Our beginner program for adults open to all skill levels. Easy to learn and requires absolutely no experience or specific physical attributes. You will learn the 36 core techniques of Gracie Jiu-Jitsu. These are the most effective techniques needed to defend oneself against common types of assaults on the street.


Our classes are taught in a relaxed, yet very technical manner, making it easy to grasp for anyone. Each class will include one standing and one  ground self-defense technique.  

Master Cycle - Adults Advanced Class

The Master Cycle Program

The next level in your lifelong Jiu-Jitsu journey.  Gracie Jiu-Jitsu consists of hundreds of advanced techniques organized into a  clearly defined, systematic curriculum called the Master Cycle. The Master Cycle’s unique structure simplifies the journey to black belt by organizing all of Gracie Jiu-Jitsu into seven positional chapters  (Mount, Side Mount, Guard, Half Guard, Back Mount, Leg Locks, Standing),  each of which is studied for several months before moving on to the next chapter.  


Although we retain our main goal as self defense, these classes will take you all the way to Jiu-Jitsu mastery.
